Level One - Pronouns & Determiners

Level One

Pronouns & Determiners: - Pronouns are words that take the place of names.

Examples: I, you, he, she, it, we, they.

Instead of saying “Ravi is in Ravi’s class,” we say “Ravi is in his class.”

- Determiners are words that come before a naming word to show which one or how many.  Examples: a, an, the, this, that, my, your, some, two.

They help us understand if we mean one thing or many, near or far, mine or yours.
