Pronouns & Determiners: - Pronouns are words that take the place of names. Examples:
I, you, he, she, it, we, they. Instead
of saying “Ravi is in Ravi’s class,” we say “Ravi is in his class.” -
Determiners are words that come before a naming word to show which one or how
many. Examples: a, an, the, this,
that, my, your, some, two. They
help us understand if we mean one thing or many, near or far, mine or yours. |
